REFERRAL FORMS
Y-US is now using the "Risking Connections" trauma-informed training program for staff through TREATI (Trauma, Research, Education and Training Institute at Klingberg Family Center in New Britain). Y-US' sole mission is to understand and work with children and youth who have experienced abuse and trauma.

NOTE: Please be aware that we have changed the name of our "Therapeutic Respite Care" to "Trauma-Informed Peer Support Services" and our "Emergency Respite Care" is now named "Emergency Care." This is to reduce confusion with the DCF Credentialed Fee for Service Programs which have definitions our therapeutic/respite care programming does not fit.
